Brand new 3000 sq. ft. andirondack style riverside lodge w/ riverside deck features 1200 sq. ft. of outdoor space with over 400 sq. ft. of that area covered. The railing of the deck is less than 12 foot from the rivers edge.





The great room is furnished with two couches, a 52" flat screen, 24' fireplace and 12 comfortable lodge style chairs with seating for 20 and features over 150 sq. ft. of glass overlooking the river.



Full kitchen & longe area featuring a 10' island for food service, bar area, gas range, double door refrigerator, and microwave.
